LOWER LONGSWAMP

The village of Lower Longswamp can be found along State Street in Longswamp Township, between the villages of Mertztown and Seisholtzville. For the purposes of the Village Series, the society focused on the area of State Street between Longswamp Road and Schlossburg Street. A village landmark is the Longswamp Bed & Breakfast at the intersection of State Street and Smith Street/Longswamp Road.

The LTHS' Village Series booklet on Lower Longswamp was published in 2017. It is available in our store.
